Introduction

This app helps you feel your internal elements or components. It is based on the Water Wind Fire Earth (and 5th Element, which is Soul or Spirit) human organ framework.

Each quadrant of the human body focuses on one element, and a pattern consists of moving from state to state. For example, one clear pattern is to back down from danger. This is Fire to Earth to Water. Another pattern is to focus on being mindful. This is Earth to Water to Air. If you are being too sedentary and need to get up and be active, you might do the pattern Water to Earth to Fire. There are many patterns and some are used more than others, but this app makes you more aware of them in yourself and others.

The method of this app is to move your feeling or focus to a new state every 10 seconds for 7 minutes, during which time you are exposed to more and more patterns.

The methods for shifting your feeling are to 1) use your mind only, 2) use arm postures, and 3) use hand movements.

To shift your feeling between quadrants with your mind, focus on your kidneys, lungs, heart, or stomach.

Below is a video of how the arm postures shift your feeling to the four quadrants.

Below is a video of how the hand movements shift your feeling to the four quadrants.

After a practice session with this app, you may connect more deeply with the patterns of nature.

Summary

The human body and the experience of living are both sacred and profane, timeless and temporary, too slow and too fast. It can be partly understood from the ideas and methods of the Ancient Africans, the Ancient Greeks, the feelingnese doctors, the Indian yogis, the mathematicians, the Western doctors, and even nursery rhymes. This social framework is fleshed out by one's own memories, methods, dreams, and goals.

Meditation on feeling leads to the mysterious center of experience. The center can be anywhere, but often is at a particular place at a particular time. Just as the center is often clear, the current feeling flow of the center is often clear.

This app encourages moving one's feeling in and around one's body not far from the geometrical center. The reason for this is that much useful information is revealed by moving one's feeling in and near the body during meditation while moving slowly. In this way, the four basic Human Goals of Waiting, Truth, Honor, and Money are more equally sought.
